FAQ small-dog-icon

Yes, Trident protection dogs are trained to be safe around young children. They are socialized to be gentle and protective, making them suitable companions in households with kids.

You should look for emotional stability, social confidence and structured, professional training. A reliable protection dog behaves with clarity and integrates safely into the household.

Suitability begins with temperament. At Trident, each dog is assessed for calm behaviour and social ease. This is reinforced through structured socialisation and a three day home integration that ensures a safe introduction.

Our programme is guided by military principles and supported by formal risk management. This creates predictable, controlled behaviour instead of reactive intensity.

Most dogs settle quickly when introduced correctly. Our three day home integration establishes structure and creates a safe foundation, which significantly accelerates the transition.
