Terms and Conditions of Sale – Trident Elite Protection Dog

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Agreement”) are entered into between the purchaser (“Buyer”) and TEK9 Protection Dogs Ltd (“Seller”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Definition and Description of Trident Elite Protection Dog:
a. The Trident Elite Protection Dog refers to a highly trained protection dog provided by the Seller.
b. The Trident Elite Protection Dog is specifically trained for personal protection and security purposes.
c. The Seller guarantees that the Trident Elite Protection Dog has undergone rigorous training in obedience, advanced protection skills, and socialisation.

2. Deposit:
a. To reserve a Trident Elite Protection Dog, the Buyer shall pay a non-refundable deposit amount as agreed upon by the Parties.
b. The non-refundable deposit confirms the Buyer’s commitment to purchase a Trident Elite Protection Dog.
c. The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the total purchase price.

3. Purchase Price and Payment:
a. The purchase price for a Trident Elite Protection Dog shall be mutually agreed upon by the Parties and specified in the purchase order or invoice.
b. Payment of the purchase price, excluding the non-refundable deposit, shall be made by the Buyer in full prior to the delivery or handover of the Trident Elite Protection Dog.
c. Payment methods accepted by the Seller may include bank transfer, credit card, or any other mutually agreed-upon method.

4. Delivery and Collection:
a. The Seller shall arrange for the delivery of the Trident Elite Protection Dog to the Buyer’s specified location.
b. The Buyer shall provide accurate delivery details and ensure the presence of a responsible adult to receive the Trident Elite Protection Dog.
c. The risk of loss or damage shall transfer to the Buyer upon delivery, and the Buyer shall be responsible for the Trident Elite Protection Dog from that point forward.

5. Health Guarantee and Warranty:
a. The Seller guarantees that the Trident Elite Protection Dog is in good health at the time of delivery.
b. The Seller strongly recommends that the Trident Elite Protection Dog receives regular veterinary care, including vaccinations, in accordance with local laws and regulations.
c. The Buyer agrees to assume responsibility for any veterinary expenses incurred after the delivery of the Trident Elite Protection Dog.

6. Return Policy:
a. Once the Trident Elite Protection Dog is purchased and delivered to the Buyer, no returns or exchanges are allowed.
b. In exceptional cases where the Seller agrees to accept a return, any associated costs, including transportation and restocking fees, shall be borne by the Buyer.

7. Limitation of Liability:
a. The Seller shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses caused by the Trident Elite Protection Dog once it is in the possession of the Buyer.
b. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the training, care, and management of the Trident Elite Protection Dog following delivery.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller is located.
b. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the Parties. If no resolution is reached, the Parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Seller’s location.

9. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the purchase of a Trident Elite Protection Dog and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or verbal.

By purchasing a Trident Elite Protection Dog from TEK9 Protection Dogs Ltd, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety.

Terms and Conditions for the Trident Becoming a Dog Trainer Course:

1. Payment and Refund Policy: Once payment is received for the Trident Becoming a Dog Trainer Course, it is non-refundable. By making a payment for the course, you agree to this policy and understand that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Intellectual Property Rights: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, texts, and graphics, provided as part of the Trident Becoming a Dog Trainer Course are copyrighted and owned exclusively by Trident Dog Training Academy. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or exploit any course content without obtaining explicit written permission.

3. Certification and Completion: Successful completion of the Trident Becoming a Dog Trainer Course does not guarantee certification. Certification will only be awarded upon meeting all course requirements, passing any necessary assessments, and abiding by the Code of Conduct set forth by Trident Dog Training Academy.

4. Code of Conduct: As a participant in the Trident Becoming a Dog Trainer Course, you agree to adhere to a high standard of professional ethics and conduct. Any violation of the Code of Conduct, including but not limited to abusive language, harassment, or unethical behaviour, may result in immediate termination of access to the course without refund.

5. Disclaimer of Liability: Trident Dog Training Academy and its instructors will make every effort to provide accurate and reliable information throughout the course. However, they do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided. You agree to use this information at your own risk and hold Trident Dog Training Academy harmless from any liability arising from your use of the course materials.

6. Modifications to Terms: Trident Dog Training Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be communicated to you via email or through the course platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates or modifications.

By enrolling in the Trident Becoming a Dog Trainer Course and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
